Cleantech Building Maintenance is a veteran-owned commercial cleaning company based in South Burlington, Vermont. We’ve been cleaning businesses across Chittenden County since 2000, and we’re still here because we do what we say we’re going to do.

Who we are
Cleantech Building Maintenance was founded by Stephen Henry, a U.S. military veteran who brought the same standards he lived by in service into the business he built in Vermont. Reliability. Discipline. Accountability. Getting it right the first time, and owning it when something needs to be corrected.
Stephen started Cleantech in 2000 with a simple idea: Vermont businesses deserve a cleaning company that actually shows up, does the work properly, and treats every facility like it matters. More than 25 years later, that idea is still what drives us.
We’re based at 49B Commerce Ave in South Burlington. We’re not a franchise. We’re not a national brand with a local phone number that routes to a call center. We’re a locally owned, locally operated company, and when you call us, you reach the owner, Stephen directly.
